Location of the track: The track will be located 1 mile south of I-10 in Lafayette, La. We are currently awaiting our orginazation to be incorporated, which we should have with in 2 weeks. Once this is done we will begin the ground work.

We are working closely with the ABA and Gretna BMX to make this process as smooth as possible.

I have no idea when the track will be built. We hope to start the ground work with in a month.                                                                                            *NO RACES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*
Due to the Damages sustained from Hurricane Gustav and the impending closure due to construction, ABA Races will be cancelled until further notice

                       On another note, I just looked to see how many Year End Points the track has. Right now you have 1,100 points. (You earn 10 points for every new member and 5 points for every renewal membership in which the rider writes GRETNA BMX on the form where it says "Credit my Membership to:". From these point we rank the tracks each year. You guys are in the central region and the regions correspond with the Redline Cup regions. You are currently first in the central region with second place, Armadillo BMX in Conroe, TX having 710 points. You are also 5th in all of the ABA! #1 has 1635 points. It's hard for me to tell you just how impressive this is! It is simply amazing. Keep doing what you're doing because it is working!!!!!
